Continuing Legal Education Credit

MEDIATION, INC. is an approved provider of Continuing Legal Education by the North Carolina State Bar and each of our courses is approved for CLE credit.

The NC Superior Court Certified Mediator Course is approved for 35.75 hours CLE credit and the NC Family Financial Mediator Course is approved for 38 hours CLE credit. However, North Carolina lawyers can use only 24 hours of credit earned in any calendar year.

The CLE credits offered in our courses are practical skill hours and include 3 hours of professional responsibility CLE credit. These 3 hours do not meet the "3 hour ethics block" requirement which attorneys are required to take every three years.

MEDIATION, INC. will work with participants to obtain CLE credit in other states when requested.
