SECTION 1 – NOTICE OF SELECTION OF CERTIFIED MEDIATOR BY AGREEMENT | ||||||||||||

The parties and the mediator have agreed upon the mediator’s rate of compensation as follows: Administrative Fee: $185; Rate; $185/hr. with a 2-hour minimum for a ½ day mediation and a 4-hour minimum for a full day mediation.; Postponement/Cancellation Fee: 2-billable hours if scheduled for a ½ day. 4-billable hours if scheduled for a full day. No charge if cancelled with at least 30 days notice or if we can refill the date with another conference.

NOTICE TO
MEDIATOR:
The mediator shall be responsible for reserving a place and
making arrangements for the conference and giving timely notice
to all attorneys and unrepresented parties of the time and location of the conference. The mediated settlement conference shall be completed by the completion deadline set forth above, and the mediator shall report the results of the conference to the Court within ten (10) days after the conference is completed.
