MEDIATION, INC.'s members are all certified mediators and are available to conduct mediated settlement conferences in contested cases in:

• Workers Compensation (Industrial Commission)
• Office of Administrative Hearings
• Family Court (Equitable Distribution)
• All Federal Courts

We can also assist corporate executives and in-house counsel by organizing settlement efforts for business disputes that should not find their way into court. We mediate many disputes on a cost-efficient, pre-litigation basis.

Our mediators are compensated on an hourly or daily rate and charge a modest administrative fee to cover the costs of scheduling and arranging the mediation. Each mediator's fees are slightly different; so if you are interested in our services, please contact one of our members for his or her rates.

Members of the firm have conducted over 10,000 mediations since the beginning of mandatory mediation in the courts of North Carolina. They are frequently called upon by other mediators in North Carolina for advice in dealing with difficult situations and to speak at continuing education events.

Each member has broad experience in cases involving personal injury, insurance claims, products liability, professional negligence, contract disputes, estate matters, condemnation, construction, and environmental claims. Former Judge Al Thomas and Andy Little have also had extensive experience with the trial and settlement of family financial matters.
